Christmas is on its way – are we allowed to say that yet? We don’t want to wish the year away, but we also don’t want you to miss out on an amazing experience.
Party and stay
Imagine turning up to Ufford Park, where you are sure of a warm welcome. Walking into your stylish bedroom – be sure to book one with an amazing view over the 120 acres of historic parkland - and treating yourself to a nice cup of tea while you unpack your glad rags to ensure they are ready for the fun filled evening ahead.
If you have arrived with plenty of time to spare, we can be sure to fill it for you. Take a stroll round the perimeter 2 mile walk, take a dip in the pool, have a game of golf, practice your swing on the 2-tier driving range (with Inrange Technology), treat yourself to a massage or get your nails painted, we could go on, but then you wouldn’t explore our website to see what else we have to offer!
All overnight guests get free access to our gym and indoor pool with poolside spa pool, sauna and steam room. They also get a discount on massages and treatments but be sure to contact us early as our highly trained therapists to get very booked up.
Don’t wear yourself out though as there is plenty of partying to be done.

Just want to party?
Of course you don’t have to stay over, we have plenty of parking and a large area for taxis (or chauffer’s) to drop you off, so book a ticket and a ride home and you can still have an amazing evening.
Private Parties
With such an elegant space decorated to provide a truly magical Christmas atmosphere it is perfect for a private party. We would love to host an exclusive party for you and you friends, group or company. We know that planning a Christmas Party can be a daunting task, so our Events Team are here to help. Wow your guests with an exceptional night out where we look after everything, enabling you to enjoy the evening as much as your guests.
Of course, a Christmas Party does not have to be a big, suit and tie evening do. There are many other ways to celebrate as a group. Had you thought about a daytime celebration? That way there is not so much pressure on people to find babysitters. You could plan your day round a delicious Christmas Lunch in the Waterside Restaurant, spending a fun few hours on our amazing Congo Rapids Adventure Golf Course (maybe even have a little competition), then congregate in the bar for a pre-lunch drink. Once you have all enjoyed yourselves chatting and reminiscing over a scrumptious lunch you and your guests can continue your day with a round of golf, a friendly ‘Inrange’ competition, enjoying time out in the spa or wondering round the trim trail. At the end of the day you can meet up in the bar for a relaxing coffee, admiring the view before you all head home to your families relaxed and happy.
