How to Book
Conveniently book a spa day, treatment, or overnight experience online, or alternatively contact our spa reservations team on 01633 871 199 or email sales@theparkwayhotel.co.uk who will be happy to assist you with your reservation. We recommend that you book all treatments in advance to avoid disappointment. Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking. If you are using a voucher, the reference number(s) must be provided.
Vouchers
Please ensure that you bring any vouchers with you that you intend to use as payment for your spa day. If you do not bring the vouchers, you may be asked for an alternative method of payment to settle your account which will be refunded once the vouchers have been received.
Cancellation
There will be no charge for any reservations cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice. Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, any deposits paid will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be charged.
Age Restrictions
There is a minimum age of 16 to receive treatments or use the Spa Thermal Suite facilities.
Arrival
We are open from 9 am and located on the ground floor. Your arrival time will be confirmed at the time of booking, unless stated otherwise. We advise you to arrive for your first appointment 30 minutes ahead of time to allow you to complete your health questionnaire and relax. If you are late, your treatment time may be shortened and the same treatment price will apply. Your treatment time also includes a one to one consultation and aftercare advice. To make the most of your experience, you are welcome to take time to unwind in the relaxation areas before or after your treatment.
What to Bring
A robe, towel and flip flops will be provided. You simply need to bring appropriate swimwear, any fitness wear you require and personal toiletries. Hairdryers and straighteners are provided.
Health
On arrival for your spa day or treatment, you will be asked to complete a medical questionnaire. It is important for us to know if you are pregnant or have undergone recent surgery. We also need to know about any other medical issues that may affect the suitability of your chosen treatments, such as heart problems, cancer, varicose veins or allergies. Please let us know at the time of booking so we can ensure that your treatment is suitable for you. Our expert team will be happy to provide advice if you are unsure.
Mobile Devices
Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to peace and quiet by refraining from the use of all mobile devices in the relaxation rooms. A member of staff may ask you to refrain from using these.
Thermal Suite
We don’t allow guests to reserve loungers and seating in these areas for prolonged periods. We ask that all towels, robes and belongings are taken with you. A member of staff may remove any belongings found reserving loungers for more than 30 minutes. Taking pictures in these areas is not permitted.
Dining
Food and beverages will be available in Café Ash & Bar or our Poolside Café during your visit, and these must be paid for as taken. Enjoy 20% off your food bill when dining at Ravellos restaurant from 5 pm - 7 pm, on the day of your Spa.
Lost Property
We recommend that all valuables are kept safe in the locker provided or left at home. The Parkway cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings. Any lost property found will be kept for 1 month. Any liquids, undergarments or swimwear will be kept for no longer than a week.
Departure
We advise departure within 30 minutes of the spa closing time, allowing enough time to shower, dress and gather your belongings.
