Terms & conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 100% per treatment is required when bookings are made and applies to all spa experiences and treatments.

If you need to cancel, your deposit can be transferred to another appointment, provided you give more than 48 hours’ notice.

If you fail to attend your treatment or cancel on the day, the full treatment or experience price will be charged.
