Jessica & Rhys's wedding story
We had the best day! I genuinely can’t thank the team at the resort enough, especially Sophie and Charlotte who helped us along the way, ensuring everything went to plan and ran smoothly.
They really did go above and beyond, from ensuring everything was as we wanted and even added little extras we didn’t expect!
Thank you for taking good care of us, and doing all you did to make our day the best day ever.

The wedding took place on 5th November with the team able to cater for all of Imran and Faiza's desires.
Wider family and friends all enjoyed a wonderful day at the resort and the function suite was transformed for the special occasion.
Chloe & Rhys's wedding story
We used LQ Resorts as our reception venue. Sophie was an outstanding member of the team - our wedding coordinator - nothing was ever too much trouble for her.
Her email reply time is phenomenal; which is so important when you're trying to coordinate different things to work together.
The venue itself is beautiful, very well looked after and suitable if you have little ones at your wedding.
Food quality and portion sizes are outstanding!
Staff are all so lovely and everything went so well on the day.
Could not recommend this more highly. Would give more than 5* if we could!
Jenna & Adam's wedding story
From start to finish our wedding at the resort was perfect.
I stayed the night before with my friends and then moved into the gorgeous wedding suite the night of the wedding. The room was so modern with a rainforest shower and stunning views.
Our wedding was outside under a birdcage overlooking the water. We kept our guests entertained with brilliant garden games.
The wedding breakfast was delicious and then we were taken for more photos. There are so many photo opportunities at LQ.
We had the resident DJ for our evening reception and danced the night away before saying our farewells in the gardens with a sparkler send off. If we could do it all again, we would!
It didn't end there either, the day after the wedding we were spoilt in the spa with massages and complete relaxation.
The whole experience was just amazing! I really recommend the LQ for a once in a lifetime wedding. I cannot thank the team enough. 11/10!

My partner and I had our wedding at LQ Resorts, From start to finish, the staff and hotel were faultless.
From arriving at the hotel the day before the wedding, we felt at home and relaxed. We trusted that everything was being taken care of so we could really sit back and enjoy the experience. The Chef and waiting on team were incredible! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful food and nothing was too much trouble.
Our co-ordinator was absolutely brilliant. The day went without a hitch and again, nothing was too much trouble. She was fantastic at getting everyone where they needed to be - we really did get to relax and take in the whole day. We've had so many compliments from our guests saying she was so friendly, helpful and approachable.
The resort itself is stunning. So many photo opportunities and the grounds/gardens are well kept. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.
We would like to say a HUGE thank you to everyone at LQ Resorts for making our day so special to us.
Molly & Bryan's wedding story
Had our wedding at LQ Resorts and from start to finish it was magical.
From day one Sophie took over all the planning for us and we did not have to worry about a thing.
We stayed in the honeymoon suite for two nights and so much attention to detail and all the extra touches just made it so special.
Sophie and her team, Charlotte and Jenny were just so caring but efficient. All three lovely girls and excellent in the service they provided.
The venue was wonderful for our wedding day and the barbecue buffet was first class. I wouldn't change a thing.

Langstone Quays was honoured to host the wedding of Kelli and Matthew, winners of our Win a £10k Wedding competition, and what an unforgettable celebration it was.
Their incredible love story began long before they ever realised. Born on the same day, in the same hospital, just 12 hours apart, Kelli and Matthew’s lives had been quietly connected from the very beginning. Their mums met on the maternity ward and remained in touch over the years, with the pair unknowingly appearing in each other’s childhood memories, family photos, and milestone moments.
Despite growing up nearby and even attending the same school, their paths didn’t truly cross until later in life. It was only after they began dating that they discovered the remarkable history they shared, turning what already felt special into something even more extraordinary.
Surrounded by family, friends, and both of their mums — reunited decades after first meeting as new mothers — the day was filled with emotion, love, and so many full-circle moments.
Now officially husband and wife, Kelli and Matthew’s story is a beautiful reminder that sometimes fate really does have a plan.
