Set on the stunning Southsea seafront in Portsmouth, Victorious Festival is one of the most beautifully located festivals in the UK.

Room thermostat instructions
You'll find a dyson hot+cool stand-up fan heater in your room, the remote control for this is magnetic and of the top of the handle.

A personal safe is located in your wardrobe. Simply select a four-digit PIN of your choice to secure your items.
Room service
Room service is available daily from 11:00 am to 9:30 pm. You can order directly with our restaurant team or by dialling '2017' from your bedroom phone. We also offer breakfast delivered to your room, which can be organised by completing the card and leaving it on your door handle before 2.00 am.
Housekeeping requests
For housekeeping, if you are staying for more than one night, please request room service by placing the 'Please make up my room' card on your door or by informing the Front Desk. You can also request extra pillows, towels, etc., from our Front Desk team, who will be happy to assist you.
Laundry and dry cleaning
Please call the Front Desk on '0' to make arrangements for any laundry or dry cleaning you would like taken care of. This is an external service and therefore we can not take responsibility for guaranteed return times for your items, etc.

Check-out procedure
Check-out is by 11.00 am unless specified within your stay experience or you have purchased a late check-out option. A late check-out of 1.00 pm can be arranged at £20.00 per room, subject to availability.

Our Waterside Bar & Restaurant is open all day for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, you'll find an extensively stocked bar, expertly curated wine list and variety of menus.

Our leisure facilities include a wide choice of state-of-the-art equipment which is available for all guests to use throughout your stay from 12.00 pm on the day of arrival to 4.00 pm on the day of departure. Public transport information
Train
The nearest railway station to Langstone Quays Resort is Havant [HAV], located approximately three miles from the resort. Havant sits on the London mainline and is served by South Western Railway and Southern, offering frequent services to and from London Waterloo, Portsmouth, Brighton, Southampton, and Chichester. Once at Havant Station, it’s a short ten minute taxi ride or around a forty minute walk to the resort.
Bus
Local bus services operated by Stagecoach South and Solent Bus run regularly in the area. Stagecoach route 30/31 connects Havant, Hayling Island, and surrounding areas, with stops close to Langstone Quays Resort. Buses typically run every thirty minutes Monday–Saturday. The nearest bus stop to the resort is at Harbour Bridge, which is around a ten minute walk from the hotel. For the latest routes and schedules, please refer to Traveline South East or local transport websites.
Taxi and ride-share service
For convenient local travel, a number of taxi and ride-share services are available near Langstone Quays Resort. Veezu (formerly Andicars) is the area’s largest private hire operator, offering a reliable 24/7 service with bookings available via their app or by calling 023 9235 0350. Other local providers also offer airport transfers and group travel options. Uber operates in the Havant area and can be booked easily through the mobile app. While other ride-share platforms like Ola or Freenow may appear in searches, their availability can be limited locally. We recommend pre-booking your preferred service during peak times.

A quaint chapel-of-ease within Langstone village. Offers a quiet Holy Communion service on the third Sunday of each month at 11 a.m, and is open most days for reflection. Diocese of Portsmouth

The central Anglican cathedral for the Portsmouth Diocese, founded in the 12th century and re‑consecrated in 1991. Located in Old Portsmouth.

Located in Fratton (Portsmouth), established in 2003. Serves both Sunni and Shia communities.
Judaism
Portsmouth and Southsea Synagogue
An Orthodox (Ashkenazi) synagogue in Southsea with roots tracing back to the 18th century. The current building was completed in 1936.
Roman Catholic
Cathedral of St John the Evangelist
The Roman Catholic cathedral for the Portsmouth Diocese, consecrated in 1882. Gothic Revival architecture
Sikhism
Guru Nanak Sar Gurdwara
The local Sikh place of worship in Southsea. Organised weekly congregational services (sangat) on Sundays (11.30 am – 2.30 pm), followed by Langar (free communal meal) around 2 pm.

Complaints
Should you experience any disappointment during your stay, please ask to speak to the Duty Manager.
We endeavour to resolve all issues whilst you are staying with us as we want you to truly enjoy your time at the resort.
Should you need to contact us regarding a disappointment following your stay or didn't feel that our response was satisfactory then please email reservations@langstonequays.co.uk and your complaint shall be coordinated to the correct person for resolution.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside any of our rooms if found to be smoking in the rooms there will be a penalty fee to pay - initially £150 cleaning fine then £100 per day the room is unsellable.
Fire alarm
Please note that we test our fire alarm weekly on Tuesday at 1.00 pm. On hearing the fire alarm please make your way to the nearest fire exit with the meeting point located at the rear of the front car park next to the marina entrance.
Room accounts
If you wish to charge anything back to your bedroom account, please show the member of staff your key wallet; you will be requested to sign all charges as proof of purchase. A £1 preauthorisation is required at reception to set-up an account; this shall require settlement upon departure.
Payment
The resort does not accept cash. All major debit and credit cards are accepted including the use of digital wallets in pounds sterling. All rooms to be settled upon check-in.
