Monday - Friday: 6:30 - 21:00
Saturday - Sunday: 8:00 - 20:00

Junior swim times

Monday - Friday:  11.00 am - 1.00 pm  |  3.00 pm - 6.00 pm

Saturday - Sunday:  9.00 am - 5.00 pm

Weekend hours apply on Bank Holidays

Are there private changing facilities available?

Yes, at Langstone Quays, private and family-sized changing areas are available for your use.

Of course! You can bring a guest to the club at Langstone Quays. We offer guest passes for members, which can be arranged with our club team prior to your visit.
