One of the world's most popular Whisky makers Aberlour has decided to venture out and create this marvellous expression which sees the Whisky aged for 12 years minimum in both Sherry and traditional oak casks. MARTINI & ROSSI is named after a wine merchant and a master blender. It was in 1863 that Martini's enterprising spirit and Rossi's creative genius were galvanized into a unique formula that has endured for more than 150 years: the inimitable MARTINI. Bacardi acquired MARTINI & ROSSI in 1993, but the art of blending at MARTINI has never changed and is a skill trusted to a select few, passed down from master to master through eight generations.  Carefully crafted to Martini's original 1872 recipe, this bitter aperitif makes up one third of what Martini have hailed as the 'perfect Negroni'. Botanicals used to make Riserva Speciale Bitter include saffron, angostura and Columba, as well as Italian Artemisia - something which ensures it complements the flavour profile of Martini's vermouth.

Many prefer this smooth, soft and light tequila over an aged and slightly oaky flavour. Those that know the difference may find Patron Silver the finest silver tequila available. The oldest anise liqueur in France, Pernod is made from distillates of star anise, fennel and 14 other botanicals such as coriander and mint. It has a low liquorice content, which sets it apart from pastis. The original version included wormwood and was produced as absinthe at the Pernod Fils factory from 1805. The Pernod liqueur of today was created in 1938. Pernod merged with Ricard in 1975 to become Pernod Ricard.  The Spirit of France since 1805. Many famous artists, painters, poets and writers discovered its charms and their works included several references to their taste for this new aperitif. The secret of PERNOD's unique taste is well kept, but its flavour is derived from a distillation of star anise and aromatic plants and herbs.
