During your Morning Spa Discovery, enjoy a freshly prepared brunch to refuel and enhance your sense of wellbeing. To make your experience even more restorative, you can add a treatment or therapist-free experience, with a 20% discount applied when booked in advance. Every element of this morning escape is designed to nurture both body and mind, providing a calm, rejuvenating start to your day. Terms & conditions

Deposits and cancellations

  • A 100% non-refundable deposit is required when booking any spa treatment or experience.
  • Deposits can be transferred to another appointment if cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

Arrival and booking

  • Spa opening hours: 8:30 to 19:30. Located in The Club building.
  • Arrive 30 minutes before your first appointment to complete a health questionnaire and relax.
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments without a price adjustment.
  • Book treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.
  • Full payment is required at booking. If using vouchers, provide the reference number and bring them with you.

What to bring

  • We provide a robe, towel, and flip-flops. Bring swimwear, fitness wear (if needed), and personal toiletries.
  • Hairdryers and straighteners are available.

Health and suitability

  • Complete a medical questionnaire on arrival. Inform us of pregnancy, recent surgery, or health conditions when booking.
  • Our team can advise on suitable treatments if needed.

Thermal suite etiquette

  • Avoid reserving loungers. Items left for over 30 minutes may be removed by staff.
  • Mobile devices are not permitted in relaxation areas to ensure peace and quiet.
  • Photography is not allowed in the thermal suite.

Food and beverages

  • Available at Café Ash or Nico’s restaurant, with payment at reception.
  • Enjoy 20% off food at Waterside restaurant from 17:00-19:00 on the day of your visit.

Valuables and lost property

  • Use the lockers provided or leave valuables at home.
  • Lion Quays is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
  • Lost property is kept for one month (liquids, swimwear, or undergarments are kept for one week).

Departure

  • Please leave within 30 minutes of the spa closing time, allowing time to gather your belongings.
