Do you offer electric vehicle charging points?
Sadly, we don't currently have any electric vehicle charging points at The Parkway.
Can I store my luggage if I arrive before check-in or leave after check-out?
Yes, that’s no problem. We can store luggage at the main reception at The Parkway.
Do you offer a lost-and-found service for forgotten items?
Yes, our guests’ lost property is logged and stored at our reception at The Parkway.
Is the property cashless, or do you accept cash payments?
The Parkway accepts all major cards, contactless and cash payments in all departments.
Is parking available?
The Parkway has plenty of complimentary parking, which is easily accessible. There's no need to pre-book.
Do you offer a transfer service?
Sadly, we don't offer a shuttle or transfer service at The Parkway. We're more than happy to organise a taxi for you, just speak to the team at the front desk.
Is WiFi included?
Complimentary WiFi is available across The Parkway.
Is the hotel accessible?
The Parkway is accessible to guests using wheelchairs throughout the terraces, public areas, restaurants, bedrooms, spa and function rooms.
Is the hotel child friendly?
The Parkway is a child-friendly resort. We have highchairs for guests to use, dedicated swim times, and our restaurant offers a children's menu.
Rooms
Are there USB charging points in the rooms?
Most of our rooms at The Parkway have USB charging points, and USB plugs are available at reception if required.
Can I request late check-out?
Late check-out up to 13:00 is available at The Parkway. Please request it in advance or during your stay, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Please note an additional charge may apply.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary based on your selected accommodation at The Parkway. Please check the applicable terms when booking your stay.
What are the check-in/check-out times?
Check in any time from 15:00 and check out any time before 10:00 (11.00 at weekends). You can purchase early check-in or late check-out — speak to The Parkways' reception team to enquire about this.
Do you offer a wake-up service?
We offer a complimentary wake-up call service at The Parkway. Please let a team member know before you go to bed and we will be sure to wake you at your preferred time.
Spa
Can I use the spa if I book a treatment?
Spa facility access isn't included with standalone treatments, but it’s part of all our spa day experiences at The Parkway.
Are there any age restrictions for specific spa treatments?
At The Parkway, our spa treatments are for guests aged 16 and over. Massages are for guests aged 18 and above.
Do you cater to specific skin concerns in your treatments?
Yes, we cater to specific skin concerns at The Parkways' spa. Every treatment includes a consultation with one of our knowledgeable therapists to personalise your experience.
Can I purchase the products used in my treatment?
Of course! The therapists at The Parkway will happily recommend and help you purchase the products used during your treatment.
Are there any quiet zones in the spa?
Yes, the spa at The Parkway includes a relaxation room, perfect for unwinding in complete silence.
Ati2UDe Gym, Club & Spa
Are there private changing facilities available?
Yes, private and family-sized changing areas are available for your use in Ati2UDe Club, Gym & Spa.
Can I bring a guest to the club?
Yes, members are welcome to bring one guest per member. This must be paid at the hotel reception on arrival.

Celebrations & weddings
Can you recommend local florists, photographers, or other suppliers?
Of course. We have several dedicated local suppliers who we have great relationships with. Speak to The Parkways' team for more information.
Are there any restrictions on live music or entertainment?
At The Parkway, some finish times and volume levels are set. Please ask your wedding coordinator for more information.
Can we use our own decorations, or do you provide them?
We do have a selection onsite at The Parkways, but you are more than welcome to bring along your own! Your wedding coordinator will run through all your requirements as part of your appointments.
Do you offer special rates for wedding guest accommodation?
Yes, we do! All our wedding couples at The Parkway can take advantage of a discounted accommodation rate. Please speak to a wedding coordinator for more information.
Meetings
Can I arrange for branded materials or signage to be displayed?
Yes, of course. Get in touch with the team at The Parkway and we can discuss this. We also have the latest 86 inch screen which can be pre loaded with a welcome sign.
Do you provide notepads, pens, and other stationery?
Of course! We include paper, pencils and a flipchart in your conference package at The Parkway.
