Recently reopened after £3.7 million investment is Greenmeadow Community Farm, only 10 minutes from the hotel. An all-weather visitor destination home to more than 20 different species of native and rare breed animals with indoor and outdoor Adventure Play zones.

For something more cultural, Llantarnam Grange Arts Centre is Cwmbran’s centre for Contemporary Art and Craft. Contemporary art and craft exhibitions throughout the year with workshops and art clubs that makes space for anyone to develop their work.

If you are looking to ‘shop til you drop’ you have the local Cwmbran Shopping Centre. With free parking, along with a great mix of independent shops & the larger favourites such as Dunelm, The Range, JD and more, you’ll be spoilt for choice! For an evening out in Cardiff, take a stroll down Cardiff Bay. The bay showcases the Pierhead Building, famous Welsh Assembly building & oval basin. Also located is the Millennium Centre (also named the armadillo due to its shape), which plays host to plays, events & concerts.
